Carson Li is an Operating Partner at Bregal Sagemount, where he partners with portfolio company leadership to accelerate growth and build operational scale. As a tech executive, Carson grew multiple startups to $100M+ ARR and helped achieve $1B+ valuations. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Carson was a Senior Vice President at Cart.com and responsible for the global Enterprise business at Samsara. Earlier in his career, Carson served as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in its Tech, Media, & Telecom (TMT) and Startup practices. Carson received a BSBA with high honors from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and MBA from Yale University.
