Terrance Garrett is an Operating Partner at Bregal Sagemount, where he partners with portfolio companies' management team to accelerate growth and build operational scale. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, he worked was Executive Director within the Value Creation team at Vista Equity Partners where he supported companies across all facets of growth and operational improvement.  Prior to that, Terrance led the Digital Transformation team within Dell’s Global Operations teams focusing on supply chain optimization and cost effectiveness through digitization. He began his career at McKinsey & Company where he was an Engagement Manager serving clients across the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors.

Terrance holds a BA in Economics from the University of Memphis and a JD from Harvard Law School.
