Roy Gibbs is currently an Operating Partner at Bregal Sagemount focused on consumer assets. Prior to joining Bregal, Roy had multiple leadership roles at Wayfair, most recently as a GM where he helped grow CastleGate, Wayfair's global fulfillment & logistics network. Prior to that, he had ~10 years of management consultant experience at both the Parthenon Group, and Accenture. Roy holds a B.A. in Finance from Providence College, and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
