Kriti Kothari is an Associate at Bregal Sagemount, where she is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, she was an Investment Analyst at Bain Capital in the Healthcare Credit Group.

Kriti received a BA in Economics from Princeton University with minors in Political Economy and Finance.
