Ketan Mandava is an Operating Vice President focused on Offer Optimization and Go-to-Market strategy across the portfolio. He collaborates with management teams to create a cohesive offer strategy that unifies pricing, packaging, and product development, aligning product roadmaps with commercial innovation to drive profitable growth. Ketan’s expertise includes redesigning commercial offers, developing value-based monetization systems, refining sales execution, and building scalable, data-driven revenue operations. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where he led growth strategy and monetization engagements across technology, industrials, and business services.

Ketan holds a BSE in Systems Science and Engineering with a concentration in Decision Science and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science.
