Jessica Sun is Senior Corporate Counsel, Americas on the Legal team at Bregal Investments. Prior to joining Bregal, she was a Corporate and Securities Associate at Dechert LLP in New York City and London. She has also completed a one-year microfinance fellowship with Kiva in Central Asia and Eastern Europe, consulted for an education and healthcare non-profit organization in Ghana, worked at a human rights law firm in Namibia and taught English in Chile.

Jessica received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Michigan.
