Henry Weaver is an Operating Partner focused on Value Creation in Europe. Experienced in Operational cost-out levers (Procurement, Process optimisation), Business Transformation, Growth Strategy (Value pool potential, new business models), and Commercial levers (GTM, Customer experience/needs, Channel strategy, Pricing). Previously, Henry spent 12 years in management consulting including McKinsey & Company and Efficio Consulting focussed on growth for PE backed businesses.

Henry has an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School and a Masters in Engineering from Imperial College London. He is a chartered Mechanical Engineer with the iMechE and a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
