Guranda Kurdgelashvili is an Operating Vice President focusing on M&A and add-on capabilities. She has a background in investment banking and technology startups in a capacity of an investment professional and a financial analyst. Previously, Guranda was an Investment Banking Analyst at Noble Capital Markets, where she worked on multiple transactions from sourcing and negotiating deals, to building valuation analysis and financial models, to structuring closing strategies. Before that, she was part of Noble conducting market research and carrying out due diligence to develop and launch an investor platform, Channelchek™. Guranda also worked as a financial analyst at a technology startup in New York that built a SaaS-based HR solution for employee engagement. Guranda received a BS in International Business from Lynn University and an MBA specializing in Financial Valuation and Investment Management also from Lynn University.
