Gregory Peter is an Operating Partner focusing on M&A and add-on capabilities. He has a diverse investment and operating background that includes private equity and credit investing, limited partner and venture capital fund raising, and 8 years of technology startups in both business development operating and consulting capacities. Previously, Gregory was a Director of Origination at The Riverside Company where he worked alongside investment banks, intermediaries and management teams to source and review new platform and add-on investments across multiple investment funds. Prior to Riverside, he was a Managing Director of Business Development at Horizon Technology Finance, a leading venture debt firm providing financing to growing technology and life science companies. He also helped lead organic and inorganic growth strategies across multiple technology companies as an operator, consultant and advisor. Gregory received a BBA in finance and economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford.
