Bryan Cohen is the Chief Financial Officer of Bregal Sagemount. Prior to joining Sagemount in June 2025, Bryan was the CFO & CCO of Halle Capital, a middle market PE firm, where he was responsible for all non-investment functions, and before that the COO at First Reserve, where he managed the Finance and IT teams and led strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Bryan was a Senior Controller at Centerbridge Partners for thirteen years where he led the finance, accounting and operations functions through its organizational growth, following six years at PwC in the Alternative Investment Group of the Assurance Practice. 

Bryan received his BBA from the University of Massachusetts and is CPA in the state of New York.
